Cindy Lenzi has a Master's of Science in Special Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from State University of New York in Potsdam. She has undergone training for the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and was an RDI® Certified Consultant for 10 years. Cindy has spent the last 27 years working with children with autism spectrum disorders. She has taught at both Ivymount School in the Autism Program and Frederick County Public Schools in the Challenges Program, a collaborative communication based program. She is also the founder of Connect, Learn, and Live, Inc. a DDA provider.

Rebecca Gillmore R.N. CM-DM has worked with children with special needs for over 25 years both in the field and in the classroom. Rebecca was instrumental in the early days of Connect and Learn in all administrative tasks as well as in the field.

Nicole Brown has a BS in Parks and Recreation Management/ Therapeutic Recreation from Frostburg State University. She has experience as an Activity Director in nursing homes and at a DDA medical day care. Nicole has worked direct care in residential group homes and as a home health care nursing assistant.
Nicole has extensive experience serving clients at Connect and Learn and doing Verbal Behavior under the direction of a BCPA. She has found therapeutic recreation and community integration instrumental in expanding both social and language skills. Her dedication has served her clients well. Nicole now has the pleasure of helping our staff experience the same joy and satisfaction that she has!
